The acceptance of an order is subject to the following conditions and terms of supply
Price
The prices quoted are those applicable at the time of printing and are subject to alteration without notice. We reserve the right to invoice goods at prices existing on the date of dispatch.
Delivery
While every efforts is made to adhere to delivery dates, no responsibility can be accepted for non-delivery or delayed delivery. Items offered ex-stock are subject to the goods being unsold on the date of receipt of customer’s order.
Taxes and Duties
Local sales tax, octroi charges and other levies will be charged extra as and when applicable. Customers seeking any exemption of sales tax must submit the required declaration with every order.
Damage and / or Loss in Transit
All goods are packed with utmost care and forwarded at customer’s risk. No responsibility is taken for breakage or loss in transit. Such claim should be sent to the the respective carriers in the usual manner.
Amendments or Cancellations
Amendments or cancellations of orders cannot be accepted once the goods have been packed for despatch.
Terms for Bulk Enquiries
Enquiries for bulk quantities re-solicited from Actual Users in which case chemical can be offered in a bulk, container at a special price.

All chemicals listed herein are for laboratory use. We assume no responsibility if they are used for medicinal or pharmaceutical applications, or as diagnostic reagents.
